8-Week "Fresh Start" Program
Welcome to the 8-Week "Fresh Start" Program! This program is perfect if you're someone who has "fallen off the wagon" with your rowing routine. These workouts are perfectly paced and progressed to ease you back into the rower, but still allow you to push yourself to whatever you're personally capable of! Even if you're someone who has been rowing consistently, you'll still find a ton of benefits with this program as long as you push yourself appropriately!
Each week is broken up into 3 workouts: Cardio, HIIT, and Technique. Each week, the workouts will progress upon the previous workout - so take time to record and journal down how each workout goes! I recommend spreading out the workouts throughout the week and adding in additional activity or workouts on the days in between.
My weekly suggestion:
Monday - Cardio
Tuesday - Strength workout
Wednesday - Mobility or core workout
Thursday - HIIT
Friday - Strength workout
Saturday - Technique
Sunday - Off or other workout
