2025 8-Week Summer Challenge
The 2025 8-Week Summer Challenge kicks off officially on Monday, June 16th and runs until August 11th! What's the challenge? Complete the three 20-minute rows each week! The rows are scalable to ALL rowing fitness levels!
Try to spread the workouts out throughout the week and do your best to PROGRESS in your intensity and effort as each week goes by!
