We're back this week with more practice on our rate shifting workout we saw last week! With this being our second time through this routine, this is your opportunity to make it ""better than last time"" - like you did with our other workouts last week!

6 min @ 20 SPM
5 min @ 18 SPM
4 min @ 22 SPM
3 min @ 24 SPM
2 min @ 16 SPM
GOAL:
Row with more intensity at each stroke rate and accumulate more distance than last time!
