We're going to flip our rate shifting routine on its head today! Switching up the rates, with more time at higher rates, less time at lower rates, with a goal to match or beat our overall distance we got from last week!
WORKOUT:
6 min @ 22 SPM
5 min @ 24 SPM
4 min @ 20 SPM
3 min @ 16 SPM
2 min @ 18 SPM
GOAL:
Aim for more distance & a better average watts or split/500m compared to last week!
