Welcome to Week 4 Day 2 in the 2025 Summer Rowing Challenge!
Today, we're going to continue to progress our HARD/MODERATE routine we've been working on! This time, we're going to increase the stroke rate during the HARD minutes from 22 to 24 SPM! All while maintaining the same intensity and rate for our MODERATE minutes! Let's see how much control you can bring between the intensity shifts!
