Welcome to Week 7 Day 1 in the 2025 Summer Rowing Challenge! It's our second-to-last week in the program!! This is the last time we'll see all three of our current progression workout routines - so let's continue to dig deep and attack them the best we can!
We're taking our big variety of stroke rate shifts and honing them down to just TWO stroke rates! 24 and 18! Let's see if you can manage to match or beat your total distance last week with just these two rates to work with!
