Welcome to Week 2 Day 1 in the 2025 Summer Rowing Challenge! Congrats on making it through your first week of the program! You've proven to yourself that you can commit - and now, it's all about putting in the work consistently over the next few weeks. So, let's get to work!
Today's workout is going to focus on a variety of stroke rate changes! Learning to row at varying stroke rates is one of the most important aspects of getting the most out of the rower! Do your best at each stroke rate and see how far you can row!
WORKOUT:
6 min @ 20 SPM
5 min @ 18 SPM
4 min @ 22 SPM
3 min @ 24 SPM
2 min @ 16 SPM
GOAL:
Row with as much sustainable intensity as you can at each stroke rate!
