New Rower, New You - Beginner Program
So, you've got your new rower! What now? This program is a 6-week progressive program solely focused on the true beginners who need an easy, sustainable program to get accustomed to rowing form and exercising regularly. Each week, the program builds with increasing workout duration or increased workouts per week. If you're not ready to jump into a big, involved program, THIS is the best program for you to kickstart your rowing journey!
Program breakdown:
Week 1 - 3 workouts per week, 5 minutes per workout
Week 2 - 3 workouts per week, 10 minutes per workout
Week 3 - 3 workouts per week, 15 minutes per workout
Week 4 - 4 workouts per week, 10 minutes per workout
Week 5 - 4 workouts per week, 15 minutes per workout
Week 6 - 4 workouts per week, 20 minutes per workout
