Welcome back to another workout in the Fit in 15 Program!
Today, we're tackling an intense pyramid stroke rate workout! We'll start off at low stroke rates and build our way up to the "top" of the pyramid, before trying to maintain intensity as we work the stroke rate back down!

2 min @ 16 SPM
2 min @ 18 SPM
2 min @ 20 SPM
2 min @ 22 SPM
2 min @ 24 SPM
2 min @ 22 SPM
2 min @ 20 SPM
1 min @ 18 SPM
GOAL: build intensity with stroke rate and maintain high intensity back down!
