Welcome back to another workout in the Fit in 15 Program!
We're wrapping up week 4 with our Steady & Focused routine! We're going to try to keep pushing our cardio and intensity with increased stroke rates across the board today! Do your best to manage these fairly high stroke rates with as much consistency as you can! Today is a great day to learn how to pace ourselves at moderate rates! You're ready for this!
