Welcome back to another workout in the Fit in 15 Workout Challenge!
And welcome to our FINAL week of the program! It's all come down to this... an opportunity for us to show what we're really made of! We're looking to bring our "best for last" for today's 2-minute rows! It's the same format, but with our most intense stroke rates and efforts. After all of your hard work these past weeks, you're ready to bring it! It's time to crush this workout one final time!
WORKOUT:
2 min @ CHALLENGING effort
1 min @ RECOVERY
2 rounds @ 26 SPM, 2 rounds @ 28 SPM, 1 round @ 30 SPM!
GOAL: improve your watts or split/500m average compared to last week!
