Welcome back to another workout in the Fit in 15 Program!
And welcome to the final power row of the program! We're revisiting our HIIT rows one more time with a bit of a twist that we haven't seen. What better way to end a program than to revisit each of the primary stroke rates we've worked with! You'll be rowing from 24 all the way up to 30 SPM today, with a chance to bring your best for last for each stroke rate!
WORKOUT:
1 min @ MAXIMUM effort
1 min @ RECOVERY
x 8
2 rounds @ 24 SPM, 2 rounds @ 26 SPM, 2 rounds @ 28 SPM, 2 rounds @ 30 SPM!
GOAL: bring your best efforts for each stroke rate!
