Today is our final strength row of the program! And for this workout, we've got a real challenge to try and conquer! We're rowing 14 SPM the entire way through, with the challenge of seeing how close you can get to last week's total distance!
After the workout, be sure to reflect on just how far your strength on the rower has come!
