Welcome back to another workout in the Fit in 15 Workout Challenge!
And welcome to our fourth week of training! This week, we're continuing to build up our intensity and effort with our 2-minute rows by increasing the stroke rates yet again this week! This week is going to be our toughest challenge yet! It's time to bring it!
WORKOUT:
2 min @ CHALLENGING effort
1 min @ RECOVERY
2 rounds @ 24 SPM, 2 rounds @ 26 SPM, 1 round @ 28 SPM!
GOAL: improve your watts or split/500m average compared to last week!
