Welcome back to another workout in the Fit in 15 Program!
We're back with more HIIT training this week yet again! And today, we're branching into uncharted territory - working our stroke rates from 28 SPM up to 30 SPM! While it might seem intimidating, all of your training has made you ready for this! It's time to dig deep and bring it this week!
WORKOUT:
1 min @ MAXIMUM effort
1 min @ RECOVERY
x 8
4 rounds at 28 SPM, 4 rounds as 30 SPM
GOAL: match or beat your 28 SPM intensities from last week and aim for more at 30 SPM!
