Welcome back to another workout in the Fit in 15 Program!
For today's strength row, we're not just bumping up the stroke rates! In fact, we're going to face a new challenge involving going from 14 SPM to 16 SPM! Let's see if we can row harder and stronger with less stroke rate and try to match our distance from last week!
WORKOUT:
15 min @ CHALLENGING effort
- First 7.5 min @ 14 SPM
- Second 7.5 min @ 16 SPM
GOAL: try to match your distance as close as possible from last week!
