Welcome back to another workout in the Spring Into Rowing Challenge! We're on to Phase 2 and our 5th week!
For our first power workout of Phase 2, we'll be working through a format called "equal on/offs"! Let's see how hard you can push 28 SPM for different durations with equal rest breaks!
WORKOUT:
90 sec @ 28 SPM | 90 sec rest x 3
60 sec @ 28 SPM | 60 sec rest x 4
30 sec @ 28 SPM | 30 sec rest x 5
Goal: as the duration decreases, increase your effort at 28 SPM! Keep intervals consistent during the given duration!
