We're back with another strength workout, and this workout focuses on the key strength stroke rate of 16 SPM - and managing varying levels of effort at that stroke rate!
WORKOUT:
1 min @ 16 SPM - moderate effort
1 min @ 16 SPM - max effort
x 10 rounds
Goal: row a faster pace/500m & higher watts during the "max effort" minutes while keeping 16 SPM.
