And welcome to our third week of training! It's time to start stepping up our intensity now that we've had some decent practice with our 5 routines. Today, we're going to practice our 2-minute rows at a higher stroke rate and intensity than we did last week! It's time to step up our efforts and do our best for the new week!

1 min @ RECOVERY
2 rounds @ 22 SPM, 2 rounds @ 24 SPM, 1 round @ 26 SPM!
GOAL: improve your watts or split/500m average compared to last week!
