Welcome back to another workout in the Fit in 15 Program!
Today's workout is a HIIT workout focused on bringing maximum intensity for a short duration, followed by rest! We are going to practice this training at a fairly low stroke rates, 24 and 26 SPM this week, and build up the stroke rates over time!
WORKOUT:
1 min @ MAXIMUM effort
1 min @ RECOVERY
x 8
4 rounds at 24 SPM, 4 rounds as 26 SPM
GOAL: row intensely & consistently at 24 SPM & bring more for 26 SPM!
