Welcome to the "Count Up" power workout! This workout will focus on building up rowing interval durations while simultaneously decreasing stroke rate. The goal is to challenge yourself as much as you can during each interval and bring as much power as possible each time!
WORKOUT:
1 min @ 28 SPM | 1 min rest
2 min @ 26 SPM | 1 min rest
3 min @ 24 SPM | 1 min rest
4 min @ 22 SPM | 1 min rest
5 min @ 20 SPM
