Welcome to the "Count Up" power workout! This workout will focus on building up rowing interval durations while simultaneously decreasing stroke rate.
This is the ADVANCED version of this workout and will challenge you at the highest of stroke rates! If you've done the previous "intermediate" version of this workout, use your scores from that workout to help you bring your best for this one!
The goal is to challenge yourself as much as you can during each interval and bring as much power as possible each time!
WORKOUT:
1 min @ 32 SPM | 1 min rest
2 min @ 30 SPM | 1 min rest
3 min @ 28 SPM | 1 min rest
4 min @ 26 SPM | 1 min rest
5 min @ 24 SPM
