Welcome back to another workout in the Heart Health & Stamina Series!
For our last new workout to introduce in this new phase of training, we're taking a spin on our Same Rate Waves workout from last phase, focusing this time on more subtle intensity shifts! This workout will not only test your physical fitness, but will challenge your rowing technique and your ability to monitor intensity with consistent stroke rates!
WORKOUT:
1 minute @ 20 SPM (moderate effort)
1 minute @ 20 SPM (add intensity)
1 minute @ 20 SPM (add more intensity)
1 minute @ 20 SPM (maximum intensity)
Goal: steadily build intensity while maintaining 20 SPM!
