We're back revisiting our Same Rate Ripples workout from last week! Arguably one of the most challenging workouts to "do right", we have an opportunity to attack this workout with more consistency this time around and feel more confident with intensity shifts!
WORKOUT:
1 minute @ 20 SPM (moderate effort)
1 minute @ 20 SPM (add intensity)
1 minute @ 20 SPM (add more intensity)
1 minute @ 20 SPM (maximum intensity)
Goal: row each interval shift more consistently than last week!
