This is our final workout of our first phase of training! For this final round of Same Rate Waves, we're bumping up intensity and stroke rate across the board to 24 SPM! Let's see if you can bring your best and most consistent effort yet!
WORKOUT:
1 minute @ 24 SPM (moderate effort)
1 minute @ 24 SPM (intense effort)
Goal: row with more intensity than last week for both moderate and intense intervals as well as gain more distance overall!
