Today, we have our 27th workout - and we're back with more sprints! This time, we're bringing our highest rate yet!
For this final high rate workout, we'll be pushing the absolute limit with 36 strokes per minute! This is your time to shine and seek out your highest peak watts and/or split/500m that you've seen in the program! Use your past experience to help you set goals for today and do your best!
WORKOUT:
90 seconds EASY rowing @ 18 SPM
30 seconds HARD rowing @ 36 SPM
x 15 rounds
GOAL:
