Today, we have our 19th workout - and we're back with a combination of aerobic and technique training!
For this workout, we'll continue to develop our understanding of the relationship between effort, stroke pressure, and stroke rate, as we attempt to find 3 unique feelings & intensities at the exact same stroke rate!
WORKOUT:
2 minutes EASY @ 20 SPM
2 minutes MODERATE @ 20 SPM
2 minutes HARD @ 20 SPM
