Welcome back to another workout in the ROW-30 Program!
Today, we have our 21st workout - and we're back with more sprints! This time, we're bumping up the stroke rates even more than last week!
For this workout, you'll alternate intervals of steady, easy rowing with short bouts of high intensity, hard-effort rowing at an even higher rate than last week - 32 SPM!
WORKOUT:
90 seconds EASY rowing @ 18 SPM
30 seconds HARD rowing @ 32 SPM
x 15 rounds
GOAL:
row with more intensity at 32 SPM than you did at 30 SPM last week!
