Welcome back to another workout in the ROW-30 Program!
Today, we have our 23rd workout - and it's time to finally address the concept of rowing "resistances"
For this workout, we'll be playing around with the different resistance settings on our rower. We'll experience how the resistance setting impacts how our rowing feels and see just how much of a difference low and high resistances can make!

7 min @ lowest resistance
7 min @ + more resistance
7 min @ ++ more resistance
7 min @ +++ more resistance
2 min @ maximum resistance
