Welcome back to another workout in the ROW-30 Program!
Today, we have our 26th workout - and it's time to combine our variety of pause drills all into one workout!
For this workout, we'll get practice at all of the major "pause position" points that we've practiced over the course of the program! With 4 main pause points to practice, this workout will serve as a great reminder of a lot of technical cues to practice!
WORKOUT:
1 minute "pause drill"
1 minute steady @ 20 SPM
4 rounds @ "The Finish"
4 rounds @ "Arms Away"
4 rounds @ "Arms & Core"
3 rounds @ "Half Slide"
GOAL:
Listen to the coaching cues and feel more confident with form!
