Welcome back to another workout in the ROW-30 Program!
Today, we have our 20th workout - and it's time to try something totally new!
For this workout, we'll be honing our rowing technique through "feet out" rowing. That means we are foregoing our foot straps today, which will require much more focus on our body awareness and control! Trust me, this is one of the best ways to point out flaws in your technique currently and help you correct those flaws! If you don't feel comfortable with your feet fully unstrapped, you can loosen your foot straps significantly while still keeping them on to get the same effect!
WORKOUT:
10 minutes rowing @ 16 SPM
10 minutes rowing @ 20 SPM
10 minutes rowing @ 24 SPM
GOAL:
feel more confident in your rowing without strap support!
