Welcome back to another workout in the ROW-30 Program!
Today, we have our 18th workout - and we're back with more sprints! This time, with the highest stroke rates we've seen in the program so far!
For this workout, you'll alternate intervals of steady, easy rowing with short bouts of high intensity, hard-effort rowing at the new stroke rate of 30 SPM!
WORKOUT:
90 seconds EASY rowing @ 18 SPM
30 seconds HARD rowing @ 30 SPM
x 15 rounds
GOAL:
row as hard and as consistently as you can at 30 SPM!
