Welcome back to another workout in the ROW-30 Program!
Today, we have our 11th workout - and we're taking a break from pause drills! Today, we're going to implement half stroke rowing - but without the pauses! This will help you train the proper rowing form for high rate rows in the future!
With no pausing, this will allow you to apply the pause practice from last week into continuous bouts of rowing! Do your best to listen to the coaching cues and keep doing your best even if it feels awkward!
WORKOUT:
1 minute rowing "Half Slide" @ 24 SPM
1 minute rowing @ 20 SPM continuous
x 15 rounds
GOAL:
Feel more confident in your half slide rowing!
