Welcome back to another workout in the ROW-30 Program!
Today, we have our 14th workout - and we're implementing "arms and core only" rowing into our workout routine! This will feel strange at first, but practicing strokes with just your torso and arms is a great way to build power and "feel" in your hip swing!
The hip swing is one of the most essential components of rowing stroke power. Do your best to listen to the coaching cues and do your best each round even if it feels awkward!
WORKOUT:
1 minute rowing @ 20 SPM
1 minute @ Arms & Core @ 28 SPM
x 15 rounds
GOAL:
Build more confidence in your stroke hip swing!
