Welcome back to another workout in the ROW-30 Program!
Today, we have our 17th workout - and we're back with more technique training. This time, in the form of "arms only" practice! Getting in some intervals of only the arms will help you further develop your rowing IQ and the relationship our arms have in the full rowing stroke!
For this workout, we'll alternate intervals of steady full-stroke rowing with intervals of "arms only". Keep in mind to hold your legs down and your body in the layback position while rowing with your arms only!
WORKOUT:
2 minutes full stroke rowing @ 20 SPM
1 minute "arms only" rowing @ 28 SPM
x 10 rounds
GOAL:
increase understanding of the arms contribution in your rowing!
