Welcome back to another workout in the ROW-30 Program!
Today, we have our 13th workout - and we're back with more 45-second HIIT! We had our first go at this last week... now, it's time to do it better!
We want to use this workout as another opportunity to review our metrics from last time in order to set proper goals for this workout! Remember, you will only continue to get better with your rowing when you take initiative to "learn your numbers" and seek to progress them with repeated workouts!
WORKOUT:
45 seconds HARD rowing
45 seconds EASY recovery rowing
x 20 rounds
7 rounds @ 24 SPM, 7 rounds @ 26 SPM, 6 rounds @ 28 SPM
GOAL:
Improve your watts or split/500m from last week's "hard" intervals!
