Welcome back to another workout in the ROW-30 Program!
Today, we have our 28th workout - and we're going to challenge ourselves with the hardest stroke rate building workout in the program!
For this workout, we test ourselves with one of the most challenging workouts in the program! We'll build up our rate +2 SPM across the board compared to last week - which will prove to be quite a challenge near the end of the row! It's up to you to properly pace yourself and push for more with high rate in the last 5 minutes!
WORKOUT:
5 min @ 18 SPM
5 min @ 20 SPM
5 min @ 22 SPM
5 min @ 24 SPM
5 MIN @ 26 SPM
5 min @ 28 SPM
GOAL:
Row further and with more intensity than last week!
