Welcome to the first workout in the Fit in 15 Workout Program! This program is all about helping you get fitter, stronger, and more confident on the rower in just 15-minutes a day!
To kick off the program, our first workout focuses around 2-minute intervals! We're simply aiming to get a good feel of effort and rhythm on the rower with each interval and practice building up intensity with increasing stroke rates!
WORKOUT:
2 min @ CHALLENGING effort
1 min @ RECOVERY
2 rounds @ 20 SPM, 2 rounds @ 22 SPM, 1 round @ 24 SPM!
GOAL: Build your rowing intensity as stroke rate increases!
