Foam rolling, a form of myofascial release, is a great way to both warm-up AND recover your muscles! This workout can be used before your workout as a "warm-up" or as a recovery workout! You will need a foam roller of your choice! The "firmer" the roller, the better (in my opinion!)
EQUIPMENT: foam roller, towel, and a positive attitude!
