It's time to tackle our Reverse Pyramid workout one final time! It's time for this workout's ultimate challenge: increasing the stroke rates for the start and the finish of the workout! While the middle of the workout stays the same as last time, we're aiming to push the start and the finish of this workout to be our best for last!
