We're back with more "same rate waves"! This time, with an increase to stroke rate across the board! With your fitness improving as well as your technique and your comfort with intensity changes on the rower, this should be a great challenge! Let's bring more intensity this week than last!
WORKOUT:
1 minute @ 22 SPM (moderate effort)
1 minute @ 22 SPM (intense effort)
Goal: row with more intensity than last week for both moderate and intense intervals as well as gain more distance overall!
