Welcome back to another workout in the Heart Health & Stamina Series!
We're taking our 2 x 9 minute row format and adding a new challenge and twist! Today's challenge involves increasing the stroke rate on the first interval and aiming for more intensity, followed by our familiar 20 SPM for the second interval - with the challenge to try to maintain the same intensity even at lower rate!
WORKOUT:
9 min @ 22 SPM
2 min @ recovery
9 min @ 20 SPM
GOAL: row harder at 22 SPM than last week and try to match it at 20 SPM during the second interval!
