Welcome to our final power workout in the Spring Into Rowing Challenge!
We've got a special workout today that's designed specifically as a golden opportunity for you to see just how powerful you've become over the last few months!
We're going to be building ourselves up through an extended warm-up and sprint intervals to finish off with a true, max effort performance!
WORKOUT:
5 minute build up @ 20-28 SPM
1 minute recovery
30 sec sprint @ 30-32-34-Open SPM
2 minute recovery
Goal: row your absolute best watts and/or pace/500m you've ever rowed on the final spring interval!
