Welcome back to another workout in the ROW-30 Program!
Today, we have our 10th workout - and we're back with more HIIT! And after today, you'll be one third of the way through the program! Congrats on all of your progress and hard work so far!
For this workout, we'll be changing up the intervals! We'll work through 45-second intervals instead of 60-second intervals - which creates more of a challenge to finding your rhythm and holding consistent effort each round! Review your watts and/or !split/500m results from last week's HIIT workout and use those numbers to set goals for today.
WORKOUT:
45 seconds HARD rowing
45 seconds EASY recovery rowing
x 20 rounds
7 rounds @ 24 SPM, 7 rounds @ 26 SPM, 6 rounds @ 28 SPM
GOAL:
Match or beat your watts or split/500m averages from last week's HIIT workout!
