Welcome to Week 6 Day 3 in the New Rower, New You Program! We're back with one last attempt at a ""reverse rate climb"" challenge!
In today's workout, I'll guide you through a quick warm-up before we work through the ultimate reverse rate climb challenge! We'll be tackling a familiar batch of stroke rates with a serious twist! Afterwards, we'll finish with a quick cool-down!
WORKOUT:
2 min rowing at each stroke rate: 24, 22, 20, 18, 16 SPM
2 min rowing at each stroke rate: 26, 24, 22, 20, 18 SPM
Goal: keep your intensity as rate decreases and bring more during round 2!
