Welcome to Week 6 Day 2 in the New Rower, New You Program! We're back with our final session of HIIT training!
In today's workout, I'll guide you through a quick warm-up before we row our last batch of HIIT! We'll work with our familiar 28 SPM, but also stretch our rate all the way up to 34 SPM by the end!! Afterwards, we'll finish with a quick cool-down!
WORKOUT:
1 minute hard rowing
1 minute recovery
5 rounds @ 28 SPM
3 rounds @ 30 SPM
1 round @ 32 SPM
1 round @ 34 SPM
Goal: build your intensity with each stroke rate increase!
