The Fit in 15 Program is a 5 week program with 5 workouts per week designed to help you improve your rowing endurance, power, strength, and technqiue with just 15 minutes per workout! Each day during the week, you'll find a specialty workout specific to improving one key aspect of your rowing and fitness, with weekly progressions that guarantee improvement and results week to week! If you're crunched for time, but love workout variety and being challenged, this is the program for you!
