Today, we're back with more strength pressure builds! Now it's time we take things up another notch! This time around, we're working with 22 SPM. This should challenge you more on your technique and ability to row each effort as best as you can! Try not to "cheat" the light strokes and aim to improve only by a small amount compared to last week.
WORKOUT:
1 min rowing @ 22 SPM @ light intensity
1 min rowing @ 22 SPM @ moderate intensity
1 min rowing @ 22 SPM @ max intensity
4 rounds
GOAL:
Row each interval distinctly and row farther than last week!
