Welcome back to the Intro to Rowing program!
For this eighth workout, we're going to practice "half strokes" which means not bedning your legs all the way for a full stroke! This technique is utilized to master higher stroke rates!
WORKOUT:
Pick Drill x 2
2 minutes Full Stroke - Half Stroke x 1
2 minutes Full Stroke - Half Stroke x 2
1 minute Half Stroke @ 28 SPM
1 minute recovery
