Welcome back to another workout in the ROW-30 Program!
Today, we have our 8th workout - and we're back with more "pause drills" to help us improve our rowing technique. In this workout, we'll be focusing our pauses on the "half slide" position.
This type of pausing will be a bit more fatiguing on the lower back muscles than our other pause drill workouts - so make sure you're nice and warm for this one!
WORKOUT:
1 minute rowing with a PAUSE @ "Half Slide" Position
1 minute rowing @ 20 SPM continuous
x 15 rounds
GOAL:
Listen to the cues and do your best to practice them!
